The House is dedicated to your group during your stay.  And, unlike the standard rental home, The House has staff to support you with as much or as little planning help as you need ~ if you are planning your retreat from a distance, rely on someone locally to arrange for tee times, set up trail rides, make dinner reservations, contact caterers, or simply offer some great ideas for a successful event in Summit County

Also unlike typical rental homes, the enormous greatrooms in The House make it a perfect setting for roundtable discussions, breakout sessions, or casual socializing between very small or very large groups.  If your group requires greater sleeping space than The House can offer (we have 16 individual beds (excluding the bunkbeds in the 'dormroom'), we would be very happy to arrange for a smaller nearby rental home, or condo or hotel space ~ and a private shuttle will bring overflow guests back and forth to the front door of The House.

The House is perfectly situated. Only 70 minutes west of Denver and minutes from I-70, The House is both secluded and centrally located.  Local activities for groups abound. Skiing, snowmobiling, ATV rides, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, horseback riding, and boating are available within minutes of the front door. The staff that supports The House will coordinate activities for your group upon request.

Two main great rooms provide adequate space for meetings and breakouts -- the soaring ceilings of the main great room offer 20+ foot windows with views of the down the fairway to the mountains.

The House offers TVs, VCRs, and DVD players in each room.  We are anticipating wireless high-speed internet capability by Spring.  The House also has dial-up internet access and a fax machine for our business guests.  Other House offerings include two home theatre units with surround sound, bar, 8 person hot tub, sauna, Gamecube, pool table, air hockey, foosball, and arcade games.  We are happy to arrange for catering or can stock the house with groceries and recommend local restaurants.
